Exchange Conditions:
Exchanges are accepted if the item does not fit or has a factory fault.
Exchange Requirements:
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and free from any marks or stains.
Returns must be made within 7 working days from the day after delivery.
Bodysuits and swimwear are not eligible for exchange.
Process:
After inspection, a store credit will be issued via email if a replacement is not immediately available.
Customers are responsible for all return courier costs, which are non-refundable.
The exchange delivery turnaround time is approximately 7 working days after receipt of the return.
Refunds are not available, so please shop with care.
