At Royal Couture, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Exchange Conditions
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
The item does not fit.
The item has a factory fault.
2. Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
It must be free from marks or stains.
Returns must be made within 7 working days from the day after delivery.
Bodysuits and swimwear are not eligible for exchange.
3. Process
After inspection, a store credit will be issued via email if no immediate replacement is available.
The turnaround time for exchange delivery is approximately 7 working days after receiving the return.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not available, so please shop with care.
Store credit will be issued for valid exchanges only.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return courier costs, which are non-refundable.
