At Royal Couture, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Exchange Conditions

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item does not fit.

  • The item has a factory fault.


2. Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

  • It must be free from marks or stains.

  • Returns must be made within 7 working days from the day after delivery.

  • Bodysuits and swimwear are not eligible for exchange.


3. Process

  • After inspection, a store credit will be issued via email if no immediate replacement is available.

  • The turnaround time for exchange delivery is approximately 7 working days after receiving the return.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are not available, so please shop with care.

  • Store credit will be issued for valid exchanges only.


5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return courier costs, which are non-refundable.
